STAFF Chris Callender, Owner - Chris Callender, owner of CTE, is a 1992 graduate
of Villa Angela Saint Joseph High School. As a member of the basketball team, he won two State Championships and was named All-District
First Team, News-Herald Player of the Year, Second Team All-Ohio and State Tournament MVP. In college he helped lead
his University of California PA basketball team to 2 two conference championships, two Elite 8 appearances in the NCAA Division
II tournament and the nation's number one ranking in that division. After an injury, he returned to Cleveland and graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a BA in Sports Management/Business
Administration. In 2002, he graduated from Cleveland State University with a Masters Degree in Education/Athletic Administration
Chris is also studying to receive his Master of Business Administration in May 2012 from DeVry University. Chris utilized
his education and sports experience to support several sports and recreation companies such as, YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs,
and Cleveland Job Corps. He also designed and implemented the coaches training curriculum for the Catholic Youth Organization
(CYO) and is a basketball and a volleyball official. He’s been a cross country, track and field and basketball
coach for many years at several locals schools including, Lakewood, Notre Dame Cathedral Latin and Solon High Schools.
He is currently Head Girls Basketball Coach at Trinity High School where he finished his fifth season and the Head
Boys Track and Field Coach at Villa Angela Saint Joseph High School in his first year.

John Solano - Intern John
is a 2008 graduate of Padua Franciscan High School in Parma, where he played football, baseball, and basketball. After high
school, he went on to play football at Baldwin Wallace College. After an arm injury, John focused on getting his BA in Sport
Management at Baldwin Wallace College. While at Baldwin Wallace, he has worked with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Baldwin Wallace
College Athletic Department, and Incarnate Word Academy, gaining extensive knowledge in the sport industry. He has been a
junior varsity girl’s basketball coach at Incarnate Word Academy the past two seasons. He is currently in his junior
year at Baldwin Wallace and will graduate in May of 2012
